Meranda & Maxs ' 4th & Last Litter

Merandas' puppies were due on St. Patricks day. We waited and waited, Sun., Mon. Tues., called the vet, Ned said if she was not stressed she would be fine. So, we waited some more Wed., Thurs, Fri., . I call the vet again, same thing , if she is ok just hang in there they will come. Friday Mar. 22, 2013 about 5:30 or so she started having heavy contractions. We got  3 beautiful little girls, unfortunately, are 3 little boys were all still born. They were not deformed in anyway, they just looked like they were sleeping. We tried to revive them but to no aveil we couldn't get them to come around. That is when Bob finally agreed , that would be Merandas last litter. The heart break is just too much. We will enjoy these babies just as we have all of the puppies from the other litters. I took the pups this morning to Dr. Lodwick in Georgetown and had their dew claws removed. They go back in 3 wks. to be weighed to be wormed. Sat. night it got too cold outside so I brought them into the kitchen. Sunday we got heat lamps and Bob mad a makeshift dog house in the garage for them and it is now heated for them to be comfortable.

Almost caught up,

I've been so wrapped up in catching up & missing my little bit, just getting to the blog again. Gonna try to make time to reach out to all the puppies and check on them. I think I'll feel much better seeing how happy they all are. This is who my husband called his Big Boy. He got a super great familiy too, his name is Jager also, except he's a boy. We have pictures earlier , but these are the last ones we had gotten. Hoping for new ones, especially Bob. He misses little bit too and now he is missing his Big Boy. I am trying to catch up !

These are fall pictures of Miss Bella, she is definitely her mamas girl. She looks exactly like Meranda. I love her dog house. She is doing just fine & is a very good girl. Thanks to Jeanne for sharing her pics with us. It does my heart a world of good to see them.

We had a visitor, can you guess who she is?

The pics are a bit old, but Iam sure you understand it's been real emotional since Merandas last litter. She came to visit shortly before Meranda delivered. Anyways, we were all so excited to see her, she is so pretty, she looks alot her papa, Max, . Thought I would throw in one of her puppy pics for a hint. Well, she is Jager, her fur was so soft, she looks great and she loves car rides. Thanks for bringing her to visit, that just made our day. Come back anytime.

Saying Goodbye

Oh, this is so hard, we want to keep her, we just don't have the room & the extra that comes with her care. We decided if we could not be content on where to find her a home we would keep her anyway. She is so special, not just because she was only one who survived this tragedy, but she just steals your heart away. A classmate of mine, who doesn't live very far away has said he and his family would be very interested in her. They would like to train her as a handicap serivce dog. These pictures were our last morning together. I love her so much and this is so hard. Tim sends me pic and videos of her, lets me know how she is. She was up to 19.9 lbs. a week or so ago. When I get her pics transferred , I 'll share them with you. It was hard just to get to here, I miss her so much. Her new name is Chloe Noel, isn't that pretty. In conclusion, she has also stole their hearts as well. I miss you & love you my little bit.

We just love her so much. She loves to play with Taz inside & to try and keep up with mommy, daddy, & big sister Destiney outside. We enjoy watching her try to figure out what the big dogs are doing and why they are doing it.

She's growing too fast !

The little girl we named Faith Noel (Little Bit) is growing like a weed. She is simply beautiful & is very loving . She likes to give lots of kisses. She is very healthy and for that I am thankful.
