Destiney at 4 months

The pups are 4 months old now. Destiney had her last trip to the vet yesterday. She weighed in at 40.1 lbs.. She wasn't very happy there. I guess she has been there enough times to know it's not the place to be. She yelped pretty good when she got her rabies shot. Ned said it was because it went deep into the muscle. She laid around about 1/2 the day when we got home. But, by evening she was back to her hyper self. The first picture of her sleeping was from last month. I thouht it was precious so I threw it in too. Well, it's time for Destiney to get put up for the night into the kennel with mommy for now anyway. enjoy

ADORABLE !!!!!!!!!

Isn't this just adorable. This is Bailey & her two step sisters napping, or at least 2 are napping while one is keeping watch. We received this about a week ago. I just love it. Thanks Sabrina for the picture.

Mia -

We recently revceived a couple new pictures of Mia to share. I love that purple collar. She just has the prettiest black face. She is definetly going to look like her papa. It'hard to believe they are all growing up so fast. They were just little things. Can't wait to see more pictures in the months to come. It means alot to us to be able to see them grwoing up & how the pups and their families have grown to love each other. Thank you to the Hensons for sharing her pictures with us.

Here I am !!!!

I've been really busy & neglecting the blog. Sorry about that. In the meantime, Destiney got an ear infection (yeast). Max and Meranda have both had one or two before but nothing serious. We took her to the vet & got her some medicine for 10 days. She had her 3rd set of shots today. She weighed 30.5 lbs.. Her visit went really well. Her ears were clean as a whistle. She still doesn't like to get her nails trimmed though. She didn't mind the shot. She must have been ready to get the heck out of there because she jumped off the table straight into my arms. Needless to say I carried her out to the desk. She is the whinniest thing I ever seen for a GSD. We discovered and odd thing today, she doesn't like the rain. She likes to play in the water bowl , flip Tazs' water dish inside, & play in her rectangle pool. Can you figure that one out. We just love her to pieces though.

Bailey is getting bigger too. She is really pretty, she has lots of red on her. I think she looks like Destiney but is redder instead of cream. She 's a baby doll. I love her ears & she looks so innocent layng there. I'll bet she is a real good girl. We are so happy that she has a good home & playmates to play with.

Athena is growing like a weed and getting prettier all the time. She looks so happy smiling for us. We can't wait to see more pictures of her in the months to come.

Big Daddy 2

Let me introduce to everyone Big Daddy 2 . He has 2 new mommies to take of him & lots & lots of room to roam. His new mommy has called me a couple of times & we appreciate & thank her for that. I hope he is being a good boy & leaving the cats alone. We are planning on visiting him sometime as he doesn't live to far away from us.
